Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning : Understand contract details and materials, identify and evaluate vendors, create and analyze RFPs, negotiate deals, and develop procurement plans.
• Post-Award Procurement : Share bid documents with the project team, collaborate on procurement tasks, and disseminate market insights.
• Market Analysis : Monitor pricing trends and lead times, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure contract compliance.
• Contract Interpretation : Read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Travel : Visit project sites and vendors as necessary.

• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with OEMs, subcontractors, and fabricators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
