Role Overview:

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving business growth? Do you have a heart for supporting children and families affected by autism? Butterfly Effects is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Business Relations and Development Representative. In this pivotal role, you will be the key to building and nurturing relationships with ABS diagnosing physicians and expanding our presence in key markets. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating new business leads and propelling our mission forward. Position does require traveling out of state every other week.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with ABS diagnosing physicians, key stakeholders, and potential clients to enhance our network and attract new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business leads, focusing on local, regional, and national markets.
  • Market Engagement: Employ a range of marketing techniques to engage potential clients, including scheduling meetings, hosting events, and conducting discussion groups to understand and address their needs.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute business development plans that drive growth and improve profitability.
  • Event Organization: Play an active role in organizing and participating in events that promote our brand and services, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the industry.
  • Data Management: Contribute to the collection and management of contacts and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; experience in the ABA therapy sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive business growth through effective relationship management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Why Join Us?

At Butterfly Effects, you'll be part of a passionate team committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of families affected by autism. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our business while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment. If you're ready to use your skills to create lasting change and drive our mission forward, we'd love to hear from you!
