Job Description

Our client, a leader in cryptocurrency, is seeking an experienced and passionate Workplace Experience Coordinator to execute the 2025 connection programming strategy, fostering meaningful engagement and collaboration across our global teams. This role will be responsible for planning and executing workplace experience events, managing logistics, and enhancing employee engagement through in-person and virtual initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong event planning, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on creating a vibrant and connected workplace culture.

**Please note that this an onsite, 10-month contract role. Pay will be approx. $50/hr**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the 2025 connection programming strategy in collaboration with global teams to drive impactful workplace engagement.
  • Organize and execute regional connection events (Block Parties) to strengthen in-person relationships at the local level.
  • Lead the planning and execution of a large end-of-year event that reflects company culture and aligns with program goals.
  • Develop and facilitate regular workplace connection opportunities, utilizing both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Oversee event logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to adapt workplace experience programs to regional needs while maintaining overall strategy alignment.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to drive program visibility, encourage participation, and engage employees.
  • Monitor and analyze program success metrics to gather insights and improve future strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, workplace experience, program management, or employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including crafting announcements and promotional materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse global teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
