Job Description

Role Overview:

This role leads philanthropic strategy and social impact communications across the Americas. It manages bank-wide volunteer programs, charitable giving initiatives, and employee engagement efforts while overseeing internal communications related to philanthropy and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Key Responsibilities:

Philanthropic Strategy & Operations:

  • Develop and manage the bank’s philanthropic strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee programs including volunteer events, the matching gift program, Help2Help, and the Rescue & Recover fund.
  • Manage charitable fund allocation, prepare documentation for leadership, and maintain policies and procedures.

Volunteering:

  • Implement and coordinate non-profit employee engagement initiatives across all NA locations.
  • Increase volunteer participation, impact, and skills-based volunteering efforts.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across regional and global initiatives.

Social Impact Communications:

  • Create and distribute content promoting philanthropic activities through internal channels.
  • Collaborate with ERGs on communications for heritage months and social impact events.
  • Serve as the communications lead for all philanthropy-related initiatives.

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with event tools, databases, and high professional standards
  • Creativity, empathy, and ethical integrity

Preferred Experience:

  • 5–7+ years in philanthropy, employee engagement, events, or non-profit sectors
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Financial services or non-profit experience preferred

***Pay Rate- $720 - $724/hour
