As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the real estate process, ensuring that every administrative and paperwork-related task is handled with precision and efficiency. Your role will be critical in keeping everything on track, allowing agents and brokers to focus on their clients while you handle the details.

💼 Requirements:

Active Residential Real Estate License OR Active Licensed Title/Settlement Processor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Ensure all required documents are accurately completed, submitted, and fully compliant.
  • Create and maintain transaction timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and settlements.
  • Communicate seamlessly with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Track contingencies, contract terms, and key deadlines to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and transaction details.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions moving forward.
