Showroom Manager – Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Philadelphia showroom , recognized as one of the best in the industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, innovative leader who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to driving showroom success.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
  • Shift: First Shift (8 AM - 4 PM)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Location: Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Management & Client Experience

  • Ensure the showroom is always client-ready, maintaining a polished and organized space.
  • Oversee showroom upkeep, coordinating custodial services as needed.
  • Greet and engage showroom visitors, serving as the key liaison between customers and sales teams.
  • Conduct engaging showroom tours and sales presentations that elevate the brand experience.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, influencers, and dealer partners.
  • Coordinate local customer relations events, trade shows, and showroom experiences , ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with corporate Client Experience teams to uphold showroom policies and deliver a world-class experience .

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Work with vendors, corporate teams, and internal sales to optimize branding and sales materials .
  • Support area sales efforts by ensuring showroom resources align with client and dealer needs.
  • Leverage creative problem-solving to enhance customer interactions and showroom engagement .

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in showroom management, retail leadership, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities , with the confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and drive showroom success.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools to support presentations and sales efforts.
