Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Dallas. This is a permanent position focused on managing Data Center construction projects, particularly within Hyperscale Data Centers. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in general contracting and a proven ability to lead mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of Data Center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results for Hyperscale Data Centers.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction standards throughout all project phases.

Skills and Expertise:

• Mission Critical Project Management: Proven expertise in managing mission-critical environments like Data Centers.
• Data Center Construction: Strong background in Hyperscale Data Center builds, including specialized technical requirements.
• General Contracting Experience: Solid understanding of construction processes gained from general contracting roles.

Desired Skills and Experience

5-7 Years experience managing Data Center Construction projects from start to finish.

Currently at a General Contracting company, and been there at least 5 years.
