Their key customers span global and regional food manufacturers, restaurants, and foodservice distributors. They also market nationally distributed retail brands, including well-known names and category leaders. This organization operates manufacturing facilities located in Rome, Georgia, and New Iberia, Louisiana.

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand growth and profitability. This role demands a strong grasp of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive environment. The ideal candidate will bring robust analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred.
• MUST BE BRAND MANAGER LEVEL with CPG Brand Management experience
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and achieving business objectives.
• Proven track record or working effectively as a business leader championing initiatives and leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business planning and strategy, marketing principles, analysis, promotions, budgeting, project management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, market research software).
• Demonstrated ability to identify category and consumer insights and translating them into actionable consumer investments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
