Job Description

Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors LMS Integration Consultant (16799) for a 2+ month project located in Chicago, IL.

Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Integration Consultant (16799)

Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL

Duration: 2 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions to connect EC LMS with various systems and platforms, such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze integration requirements and define technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams during the implementation of integration solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure successful integration and functionality.
• Provide support and training to end users and administrators on the use and maintenance of integration solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration technologies.
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to the EC LMS integration architecture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in integrating learning management systems (LMS) with other platforms, such as HRIS and CRM systems.
• Strong technical skills in integration technologies, such as APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions based on business requirements.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in system integration and LMS technologies.
