Job Description

A small product development company in the heart of Scottsdale seeks a full-time sales administrator to assist our Executive Management Team in managing our Big Box Retail customers. Our Company works directly with the largest retailers in the US and Canada and is looking for an individual that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the entire business of designing, manufacturing, shipping, and selling products to big-box retail. Job duties will include general office operations, communications with our manufacturing partners, logistical tracking support, sales support, and customer order management. You will be actively involved in the entire business and will be invited to participate with management in new product development and product cost tracking. Other general responsibilities will be related to answering phones, typing proposals, tracking purchase orders, managing vendor paperwork, planning meetings, making travel arrangements, data entry, greeting client's and/or customers, scanning, and mailing. Professional demeanor and dress required. This is a great opportunity for any candidate looking to start a career in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Success in this position is largely dependent on your ability to have the initiative to learn our product lines and administration procedures of our large retail customers. You will be challenged everyday and no day will be the same. Must be a self motivated individual with a desire to have a global impact in the CPG markets.

· Organized and Attention to Detail Details are critical in our business, and we need an individual that is able to pay attention to the small details and organize data / documents in a manner that others can quickly access.

Minimum qualifications :

Must be well versed in Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint and One Drive;

Must have proven experience in multitasking;

Must understand what it takes to support a sales team;

Must be able to learn and operate within multiple retailer portals and processes.

Salary / Benefits:

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, plus bonus
