Quality Manager

Job Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires extensive experience with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards, as well as a strong background in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with all quality standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics and best practices.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA).
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
