Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at Collektion Capital LLC in Orlando, FL. The Project Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work with internal teams, management, and vendors. Candidate must hold a valid driver's license and will be required to travel for site visits, project coordination, and meetings across various locations in Florida and Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects to ensure successful outcomes that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Manage commercial construction project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met, providing regular reports and updates to leadership regarding project status.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure construction project timelines and quality standards are met, including managing contract negotiations and performance.
  • Successfully manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and mitigating risks to maintain schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that all commercial construction projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and policies, identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, financial reports, and meeting notes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Travel is required for property site visits, project coordination, and meetings across various property locations in Florida and Georgia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a focus on real estate
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in real estate or construction industries
  • Intermediate computer skills - Google Workspace, Project Management Software, and MS Office
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to travel to property locations in Florida and Georgia
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
