Job Description

Real Estate Associate (Mid-level)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $230,00 - $300,000 (+ bonus)

A well-regarded National Business law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Los Angeles office , focusing primarily on commercial leasing matters . The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in office, retail, and industrial leases .

Key Qualifications:

  • Between 3-6 years of experience within commercial real estate at a law office.
  • Solid experience dealing with leasing matters.
  • Strong drafting experience across a range of commercial leasing transactions.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on sophisticated matters.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • Amlaw firm experience preferred.
  • High academic achievement required.

Additional Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Real estate acquisitions/dispositions
  • Real estate finance
  • Title and survey review
  • General transactional due diligence
