Job Title: Purchasing Agent (Part-Time – 30 Hours/Week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience using QuickBooks, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies in line with company needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and ensure data accuracy in QuickBooks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in vendor negotiations is a plus.
