Manufacturing company in the Rockford/Belmont area is looking for a full-time Printing Production Assistant.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to assist with various press room tasks, including inspecting printed graphics and circuits, assisting with screen reclamation, and preparing new screens. With training, this role offers the opportunity to advance into a full-time printing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and catch printed graphics and circuits for quality control.
• Assist in reclaiming used screens, including cleaning and preparation.
• Use power tools, such as an angle grinder, to reclaim screen frames (a small but critical part of the job).
• Stretch and glue new screens for printing.
• Maintain organization and workflow efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with screen printing is a plus.
• Comfortable working with machinery and using power tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused on tasks.
