Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze data on market size, growth potential, and demand for construction services in various segments.
• Assess the impact of economic, regulatory, and environmental factors in the construction industry.
• Develop annual sustainability reports.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Compile and organize data into comprehensive reports, charts, and presentations.
• Present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Industry Trends:

• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in commercial construction.
• Monitor changes in regulations and standards affecting the industry.
• Provide insights on how the company can adapt to industry shifts.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for market entry, expansion, and diversification.
• Assist in setting long-term goals and objectives based on market research findings.

Request for Proposals:

• Coordination of all RFP components including branding, content and presentation.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and operation teams for project implementation plan.
• Work closely with marketing, pre-construction and operation teams to align strategies.
