Beacon Hill Legal's client a national law firm in Tampa, FL has an immediate need for a temporary Litigation Legal Secretary. Insurance defense experience is a plus!
-Hybrid schedule; In-office: Tues/Wed/Thurs, Remote: Mon/Fri
-Must have e-filing experience in state AND federal courts.
-Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
-Must be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
-Qualified candidates must be dependable team players capable of working with minimal supervision.
