Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our incredible clinical team! As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern treatment and rehabilitation centers. Your leadership will ensure the highest degree of quality care for our guests at all times.
Location:
~ Must be located in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.
Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 BOE with potential for Bonus

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience as a Healthcare Administrator
MUST have experience in a fast-paced facility
Current Nursing Home Administrator License (NHA) required
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate group discussions
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all staff, including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
Ensuring quality care for all patients and maintaining open communication with their families
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Managing and maintaining operations within the allocated budget
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
