Lean Process Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)

6 mo contract - Hybrid Lincoln, RI (3 days/ week)

The Lean Process Business Analyst will work with a variety of users, from C-level executives to customer service representatives. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of experience working with different people at all organizational levels.


Requirements:

• College degree required.
• Lean, Lean/Six Sigma combination, or Six Sigma yellow, green or black belt certification required.
• Passion for process analysis, problem solving, and technology
• Innate curiosity and desire to help users maximize their efficiency
• Avid interest in AI and ongoing AI advancements with passion for technology and ways in which technology can solve business problems
• Ability to get to the root of a problem through asking repeated questions
• Love of working with a variety of users across multiple business areas
• Ability to help others identify their true business needs and prioritize them (not simply take their "orders")
• Exceptional facilitation skills to engage clients and make the analysis process a great experience
• 5-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for a software team or in process analysis
• "Eagle-eye" attention to detail
• Willingness to support other functional areas, such as testing, when needed

Expertise in the following tools: Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, Teams

Nice to have: MS 365 Copilot and Salesforce
