We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will focus on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing HR systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation and operations. Your expertise will contribute to analyzing HR data, generating insights, and driving the execution of our HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR leadership, IT teams, and global stakeholders to design and implement HRIS solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Gather, maintain, and analyze HR data to deliver meaningful insights and reports that support compliance and decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality within the defined operating model.
• Proactively address business challenges by identifying solutions and improving user understanding of HR system capabilities.
• Present priorities and system enhancement needs to HR leadership for strategic alignment.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling employee data, adhering to global regulations and standards.
• Support integration management and recommend best practices for HRIS utilization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system processes and integrations.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS operations or related roles.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and other HR-related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data auditing and ad hoc reporting.
• Knowledge of business process functions and benefit administration.
• Familiarity with systems such as Ceridian, ATS, and other workforce intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage and execute system integration tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data compliance.
