Job Description

Premier Investment Bank in the heart of New York City, is seeking a Chairman-level EA/PA with 10+ years of experience supporting a top executive at a highly reputable alternative investment firm. Coordinate meetings, events, drive projects, create presentations and reports, organize international travel, manage files, retrieve calls and act as gatekeeper. Liaise with other senior executives and their EA's and act as true extension to Executive !! Person will be dealing with household staff, car registrations, assistance w/ booking family travel, medical reimbursement etc!

Bachelors' degree out of an accredited University required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce.

Package of an all in 275K and sensational benefits package.

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay range and compensation package - up to 275K all in Base and Bonus
