Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to create compelling content that communicates the value of our Hire2Retire product. This role will focus on explaining complex technical use cases in simple, coherent language, driving inbound marketing efforts, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Express complex technology use cases related to Employee Identity Management in line with employee HR lifecycle in simple, coherent copy, images, and videos for consumption on web, social media, white papers, and case studies.
• Create concise and coherent stories that resonate with our target audience of IT and HR professionals and business leaders.
• Develop a variety of content, including white papers, blog posts, website copy, case studies, infographics, videos, and other multimedia for web, mobile, and social media.
• Work closely with the product team to align marketing messaging with the product roadmap and technical details.
• Contribute to website content creation and updates on WordPress.
• Support inbound lead generation and social media campaigns with engaging content.
• Contribute to SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
• Potentially collaborate with technical teams on UX and visual elements related to content presentation.
• (Potentially) Manage partner relationships with cloud marketplaces, reseller channels, and OEM partnerships related to content distribution.

Key Skills:

• Storyteller with exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of English grammar and style.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in content creation for software or SaaS companies, preferably in the B2B space.
• Understanding of API integration, cloud computing, business processes, or identity management concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design tools), Canva, and WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in English, humanities, literature, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating an ability to explain technical topics effectively.
• You are a US citizen or a green card holder. No H1B or OPT.This job is at office, no remote or Hybrid setup.
