Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Memorial City

Reports to: Founding Partners

Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the founding partners of our company. This role will be responsible for managing a variety of special projects and office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping the founding partners focus on strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Special Projects Support: Assist the founding partners with a wide range of projects, including coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • CRM Management: Handle data entry and updates in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and stocked.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, managing communications, and organizing documents.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with any other duties as needed, including research, preparing materials for meetings, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
