In this role, the Executive Assistant will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role within the financial sector.

Position Details:

• Location: Salem, MA
• Work Model: In office
• Degree: Not required
• Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the financial teams and senior management, managing scheduling and documentation, maintaining data and records, preparing financial reports, coordinating meetings, and more.
• The qualified candidate will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, can handle confidential information and act with discretion, and will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
