PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assists the project management team support customer projects while being mindful of schedule and budget.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand customer deliverables.
  • Work in a group setting.
  • Provide admin support to PM Team.
  • Monitor project costs, status, schedules.
  • Communicate between cross functional teams/depts..
  • Communicate with suppliers & provide detailed RFQ’s.
  • Identify resource constraints and project risks.
  • Ability to problem solve using critical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Access).
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication.
  • Proficient mathematical skills including decimals/fractions/conversions.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Additional job duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • High school diploma/GED, certificate in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, 3D Model, Scheduling and Aerospace
  • Understanding of GD&T.
  • Ability read and understand drawings/prints.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software: Catia/Enovia/Unigraphics/Solidworks
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to customers and leadership
