Job Description: Are you experienced on electrical projects and looking for your next big challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in leading and managing high-profile electrical projects in the Virginia and North Carolina area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Support the team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience on electrical projects in large-scale construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Professional Engineer, PMP, OSHA certification) are a plus.
