Essential job functions:

  • Develop and/or improve content using a variety of modalities, including video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based, in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs. Uses tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
  • Design and deliver training for all clinical team members, ensuring content is role-specific and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including building plans and updating detailed project sheets
  • Assess and recommend new trainings, development tools, and applications
  • Support team toward achieving department goals and priorities
  • Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, skill gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and communicate findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and Human Resources.
  • Facilitates specialized training programs , such as CPR, BAT, Urine Collector, DOT guidelines, IM, Spirometry, vaccine updates, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other management-requested topics
  • Maintains the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes or new content from the Director of Education and Training.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in virtual or in-person facilitation and instructional design
  • Proven design experience across learning modalities (ILT, eLearning, Virtual), with experience using either Articulate or Adobe Captivate required.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, impactful educational content.
  • Strong project management skills, able to organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and principles, demonstrated application of instructional design and facilitation principles
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – i.e., multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. and SharePoint
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in content and logistics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Local travel required.
  • Must reside in an area in which WellNow has open clinics: New York, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Starting Salary at $65,000
