We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team and help take our client relationships to the next level!

Position Title: Customer Success Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the client champion —you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients’ needs are not just met but exceeded!
  • Manage the successful lifecycle of client orders —from order processing to invoicing. With the help of our custom software, you’ll ensure this process runs seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Be a problem-solver —handle client inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy, collaborating with the team to create solutions and deliver prompt results.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability, monitor order statuses, and address any supply chain or product quality issues that arise.
  • Key support for the founder, product team, and sales needs.
  • Embrace new challenges and take on additional responsibilities outside of the traditional job description as the company grows.
  • Drive client retention through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 based on qualifications and experience.
  • Overtime Eligibility: As a non-exempt employee, this position is eligible for overtime compensation at the rate of 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

Work Schedule:

  • Probationary Period: Employment will begin with a 90-day probationary period, during which performance will be evaluated. At the end of this period, we expect this employee to be fully remote with occasional in-person meetings required.
  • Work Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Specific hours may be subject to change based on business needs.

  • Vacation: Eligible for 5 days of vacation per year.
  • Paid Holidays: Harbor Packaging observes 8 paid holidays annually. Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
  • Phone Stipend: Bill reimbursement.
  • Laptop and Equipment: Company supplied laptop, monitor, keyboard, and mouse to perform your job duties.
