Job Summary:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to respond to both telephone and in-person resident and company service requests. This role involves gathering relevant details, determining service priorities, and entering information into the system, ensuring all work to meet resident satisfaction.

* At least 1+ years of professional or relevant Customer Service experience

* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Skilled in PC computer operations.
