Job Title: Superintendent – Healthcare Division

Location : Augusta, Georgia (Projects covering Georgia)

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience

Our Healthcare Division specializes in both ground-up construction and renovations for clinics and hospital facilities . As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare projects to help lead our healthcare-focused projects throughout Georgia .

Job Description:

As a Superintendent in our Healthcare Division , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects across Georgia, including both ground-up builds and renovations of clinics and hospital facilities . Your role will involve managing on-site construction activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee healthcare construction projects across Georgia , including both clinic and hospital builds and renovations.
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and standards throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and any safety or quality concerns.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a focus on safety, with adherence to OSHA standards and healthcare-specific safety requirements.
  • Foster strong communication with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on healthcare projects (including clinics and hospitals).
  • Proven experience managing both ground-up construction and renovations within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare-specific codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams of subcontractors and construction staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • OSHA certifications and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to manage projects across Georgia and travel as needed.
