Job Description

MMP Staffing is currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. We are looking for talented individuals with a minimum one year of experience. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and premium spirits, along with a valid Safe Alcohol Practices certification such as TiPS. Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or upscale bar/lounge.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and premium spirits.
- Valid certification for Safe Alcohol Practices such as TiPS.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, handling materials, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Good visual acuity to see differences in widths and lengths of lines, such as those on graphs.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and communicate effectively with guests.
- Guarantee compliance with regulations regarding minors and intoxicated persons, and intervene when necessary.
- Act as the cashier for servers when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by disposing of waste, clearing and cleaning glassware, and wiping down the bar and preparation areas.
- Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
- Assist servers, other bartenders, and team members as needed.
- Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet.
- Prep any items assigned by a direct supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business demands.
