Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Clock-in and ready for shift at scheduled time.
• Help the team get open and ready for service. 

Scones, Biscuits, Toast, Garnishing product 

• Perform prep, mix, and baking tasks to Q&C standard.
• Work with focus, efficiency, and sense of urgency.
• Complete prep list and cleaning by the end of scheduled shift.
• Start cleaning 1 hour before the end of shift.
• Let management know if there are dry goods/produce etc. that need to be ordered for the next day or if inventory is being depleted.
• Responsible for writing prep and mix tasks on to-do list when items are low.
• Responsible for doing dishes throughout the day and keeping the dish station clean.
• Assist in putting orders and ingredients away.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

This position starts at $16.50/hr plus tips
