Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Regional Training Manager (West) is responsible for implementing education initiatives and event strategies to meet US business objectives. This role requires both independent and collaborative work. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of skincare, a passion for science-backed beauty, and a deep understanding of luxury wellness. They possess a positive, solution-oriented attitude, thrive in a retail environment, and are detail-oriented. Facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual settings, self-motivation, and engaging public speaking abilities are essential.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Plan and execute field-facing educational and training materials in-stores throughout the west coast region. This includes virtual sessions with multiple retailers, recorded and shared out across the retailer network
  • Implement educational programs, including launch strategies, pillar support, and field execution, to reinforce Train the Trainer initiatives
  • Help to coordinate and execute training certifications + advanced seasonal training seminars
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to align trainings and events with the brand’s financial objectives
  • Help manage product allocation, collateral, and event equipment for trainings and events in the region to support ongoing training and activations
  • Evaluate and refine training content based on business needs, while maintaining regional training budgets and materials inventory
  • Implement elevated skincare masterclasses and experiential events
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Beauty Advisors and Skincare Experts, serving as a role model in image and professionalism
  • Conduct in-person coaching sessions at counters to reinforce seasonal training objectives

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Passion for skincare education and luxury beauty, with expertise in ingredients, formulations, and routines
  • Aesthetician license recommended; luxury beauty market experience preferred
  • Skilled in developing and delivering skincare education programs, training, and performance management
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; adept at designing and executing market trainings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to customize presentations with digital content
  • Experience in field/industry, training at skincare events, and digital education strategies
  • Strong presentation, coaching skills, and cultural awareness
  • Minimum 40% travel required

Compensation:

As required by California State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 - $90,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
