Full-Time | 40+ Hours/Week | Climate-Controlled Shop

About the Role: Welder/Fabricator 1

Are you passionate about hands-on work and precision fabrication? Do you love creating something real—something that lasts—from metal and grit? At Cyclonaire, we’re looking for a Welder/Fabricator 1 to join our dynamic production team. You'll help shape and build key components that power the systems our global customers depend on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricate and weld custom components with precision and care
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Use tools like grinders, saws, drills, and presses to bring ideas to life
• Perform routine equipment checks and light maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Troubleshoot minor issues with tools or documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we provide training)
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
