About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advanced Practice Providers and Ambulatory Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic leadership in these areas, with a focus on recruitment, retention, and the development of care processes that span the continuum from acute to ambulatory care. This role requires a leader who can set a strategic vision, align workforce priorities with the system's strategic plan, and ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, setting clinical practice standards, and driving the development of innovative care models to enhance access and quality.

Candidates for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or nursing administration, and a strong background in building and leading clinical organizations. A Master's degree in nursing is required, with a preference for candidates holding a PhD or Doctorate in nursing, an MBA, or an MHA. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to influence and manage change. The Vice President will be expected to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including physicians, nursing, and executive partners, and must have a solid understanding of healthcare operations and business acumen.
