The Value Stream Technician is responsible for supporting the Quality Team at our Duncan, SC facility and performing various tests and inspections on the primary products manufactured onsite.

This position reports to the Manager, Quality and is part of the Quality Assurance Team. Located in Duncan SC and will be an on-site role.

The shift for this position is Monday-Friday from 2pm-10:30pm.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and data entry into quality databases.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from quality standards and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with quality management software is a plus.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Interpret and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, tappi chart, gauges, and other quality inspection tools.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
