Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Writer to join the IT organization at a large hospital system in Dallas, TX. This individual will help Prepare knowledge articles to communicate complex and technical information more easily. The knowledgebase (KB) articles will be used by the IT Help Desk Agents to support customer issues. This resource will be expected to help define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack and Adobe Technology Stack
- Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to read some programming code.
- Experience designing technical course material (including graphs, visuals, and tables)
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
