Onsite/Hybrid/Remote : Hybrid (Mon. & Fri. - remote / Tues. - Thurs. in office)

Start Date : 3/24 (He's already 3-weeks behind and really wants someone to start as soon as possible. However, he recognizes the onboarding process.)

LOA : 6-months (It's been approved for 12 months, but wants to do 6-month increments).

This is for a PM that is being moved to another project. Will come in an assume a majority of the responsibilities of the current initiatives. Need someone that can hit the ground running. Someone with a lot of energy and is a mover and a shaker. Do not have time for hand holding.

Project:

• Will be working on new formulation.
• New brands and graphic changes.
• New innovation
• No people management on this role.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• CPG industry experience a huge plus.
• Expertise in new formulation, new branding and packaging, graphic changes, etc.
• Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Procurement background.
• Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously.
• Communication skills. Knowing who to talk to, setup meetings with, drive teams and business, etc.
• Environment: SAP, MS Office (Excel), Smartsheet, etc.
