About Our Generation Speaks

Our Generation Speaks (OGS) is the first and largest Israeli-Palestinian entrepreneurship program, bringing together the next generation of leaders from both communities. The mission of OGS is to create an entrepreneurial community of leaders committed to shaping a peaceful Israeli-Palestinian future built on trust. OGS was founded at Brandeis University in 2014, with its first cohort of entrepreneurial fellows in 2016. In addition to Brandeis, OGS partners with MIT and MassChallenge, using entrepreneurship as a platform to foster collaboration and leadership through its Fellowship programs, startup funding, and alumni network programs. 

Position Overview

OGS is seeking a Summer Fellowship Coordinator/Residential Advisor to support the successful delivery of our flagship fellowship program. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of our world-class programming, which includes business development, academic seminars, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

The Coordinator/RA will assist with various logistical and operational aspects of the program, including scheduling, event planning, and participant support. Additionally, as a live-in team member , the Coordinator/RA will foster a welcoming and supportive residential environment for the fellows, addressing their day-to-day needs and ensuring a positive group dynamic. This position requires evening, weekend, and overnight commitments and reports to the Fellowship Manager. Room and board is provided by OGS on the Brandeis campus.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Operations

  • Assist the Fellowship Manager in supporting: 
  • the business development of OGS ventures.
  • fellowship programming, including academic sessions, guest speaker engagements, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Fellowship Managers to maintain the program schedule and support of the fellows.
  • Assist the Operations Manager as needed for:
  • special events throughout the summer. 
  • administrative support for day-to-day operation of the summer fellowship.

Residential & Participant Support

  • Live on-site at Brandeis University from June 2 – August 2, 2025 , providing direct support to fellows, balanced between Israelis and Palestinians, men and women.
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming residential environment for all participants.
  • Ensure fellows’ attendance and engagement in OGS activities while being aware of their whereabouts during the program.
  • Oversee residential logistics, including housing maintenance, supplies management, and addressing day-to-day issues in coordination with university staff and the OGS fellowship team.
Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Undergraduate degree (or higher) in international relations, student services, conflict resolution, business, or a related field (Graduate students preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative support, event planning, and program coordination.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is an advantage.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, social impact, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $1,000 per week plus housing/meals.
  • Housing and meals provided for the duration of the fellowship.
  • Full-time, temporary position from May 26 – August 5, 2025.
  • Live-in requirement starting June 2, including weekend and overnight on-call responsibilities; daytime personal time provided.
