Summer Camp Director – Wisconsin Country Club.
Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (June - August 2025).

About the Role:

The Wisconsin Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Summer Camp Director to lead our 2025 Summer Camp program! This position is perfect for a dynamic leader who is passionate about working with children, planning exciting activities, and creating a safe, fun, and engaging summer experience for campers ages 5-12.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of an 8-week summer camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers.
• Manage the camp budget, including expenses for supplies, activities, and staffing.
• Oversee the registration process, ensuring accurate billing for members and non-members .
• Lead and supervise a team of camp counselors, providing training, scheduling, and daily support.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement weekly themed activities, including sports, arts & crafts, water games, and adventure-based programming.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with parents regarding camper progress, concerns, and daily updates.
• Ensure all campers follow safety guidelines and club policies.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper supervision ratios and coverage.
• Coordinate before-care and after-care programs as needed.
• Handle any incidents or emergencies professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in camp leadership, youth programming, or recreation management required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before camp begins).
• Ability to work full-time during camp weeks (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about child development and engagement.

Camp Schedule:

• Dates: June 16 – August 15, 2025.
• Hours: 9 AM – 4 PM (Before & After Care available from 8 AM – 5 PM).
• Themes: Adventure Awaits, Messy Art, Sports, Game Show, Wacky Science, Water Week, Slime + Slimoo Institute, Fun Fair.
