Our company is seeking a passionate and motivated  Senior Financial Analyst who is responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to support business growth and operational efficiency. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing critical insights through forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Additionally, this role will support accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future financial trends. 
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial results, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management. 
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. 
  • Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights and guide strategic decision-making. 
  • Assess profitability of business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve financial performance. 
  • Assist in M&A due diligence, financial integrations, and corporate development initiatives as needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. 
  • Continuously improve financial processes and leverage technology for enhanced efficiency. 
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. 
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP. 
  • Monitor and assist with internal controls, audits, and financial risk management. 
  • Assist in tax reporting and compliance requirements as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a technology or investment banking environment. 
  • Experience handling mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, GAAP principles, and corporate finance. 
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is preferred. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. 
  • Experience h accounting functions such as general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. 

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
