I'm partnering with a leading Cryptocurrency Trading firm providing liquidity, trading, and investment services across digital assets.

They operate in global markets, serving retail and institutional clients, with a strong focus on market-making, proprietary trading, and blockchain innovation. Their team is passionate about building a more efficient and accessible crypto ecosystem.

🚀 Ideal Candidate;

As a Senior Trader, you will be responsible for executing and managing trades across a wide variety of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and derivatives.

You will work within a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment, leveraging your knowledge of the markets to identify profitable trading opportunities, manage risk, and contribute to the overall P&L and success of the firm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, liquidity conditions, and order flows to inform trading strategies.
• Execution & Trading: Execute trades efficiently across multiple exchanges and liquidity pools, ensuring optimal entry and exit points.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with trading positions, including using hedging strategies to minimize exposure.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with other senior traders and analysts to develop and refine trading strategies, tools, and systems.
• Liquidity Provision: Contribute to market-making activities, ensuring there is ample liquidity in the markets the firm participates in.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Experience with market-making and algorithmic trading is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
• Familiarity with trading APIs and algorithmic trading tools.
