Senior Software Engineer, Perception and Computer Vision (R3125) Hivemind Division – Pilot Full Time Employee On-site Mission Shield AI provides technology, services, and support to the United States military and allied forces with their various missions. If selected for employment with Shield AI, your contributions will directly relate to and/or support these missions. Responsibilities Success in this role requires daily engagement with advanced C++ features and software design concepts. Minimum Qualifications Please assess your comfort level with C++11 (or above). No understanding - excited to learn Academic understanding - covered in school or self-taught, but never used professionally Intermediate practitioner - actively contributes to performance enhancements and new functionality within existing C++ software frameworks that were originally designed and architected by others Expert practitioner - actively designs new software applications leveraging object-oriented design patterns and modern C++ features; builds scalable and extensible software that is used by others or deployed to products used by internal/external customers Computer Vision Skills Question What is your experience level deploying computer vision software to production for DoD customers or acquisition programs? I have deployed computer vision software to production for DoD acquisition programs currently (or soon to be) in the field I have prototyped computer vision software for DoD-funded R&D efforts which has not deployed to production I have not deployed computer vision software, but I have deployed other edge autonomy software to production for DoD customers I have no experience with DoD customers, but I have deployed computer vision software to production in other industries I have none of the above professional experiences - eager to learn! #J-18808-Ljbffr Shield AI
