Company Summary: Seeking an immediate hire for a leading Structural Engineering firm based in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a robust professional background, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for contributing to a dynamic and talented team.

The Senior Structural Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Participate as a key member of a project team in the design and development of various projects.
  • Design and analyze structural systems for commercial and residential buildings.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks across multiple disciplines and attend regular project meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop project budgets and fee proposals.
  • Review shop drawings, perform field inspections, and manage the construction administration process.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all phases of project development.
  • Conduct quality reviews of engineering plans to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes and review work performed by others.
  • Manage project scoping, team assembly, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
  • Contribute to the overall profitability and financial performance of projects.
  • Oversee staff deliverables and production to ensure compliance with client, legal, and company requirements.

The Senior Structural Project Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Obtained relevant licensing: PE
  • Familiarity with various materials including: Light gauge and structural steel, wood framing, masonry, concrete, and deep foundation systems
