Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a range of business immigration matters (H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, O-1, L-1, TN, and more)

• Design strategic immigration plans tailored to clients’ business needs

• Supervise case preparation, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with current immigration law

• Communicate directly with clients and conduct ongoing status meetings

• Mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support professionals

• Collaborate with partners and senior leaders on high-volume, cross-border immigration projects

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Admission to a U.S. state bar; D.C. Bar membership or prompt eligibility preferred

• Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior experience leading teams or supervising staff is a plus

• Proficient in immigration case systems and legal workflow platforms
