Position Summary:
Our growing business is looking for a master multitasker to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the SVP of Finance and Accounting on matters relating to Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
Responsibilities Include:
• Track performance vs plan and manage the KPI dashboard
• Manage FP&A process and reporting for the Company using Power BI or similar tools
• Assist SVP in developing and maintaining the annual budget and 5-year operating model
• Manage consumer pricing model
• Prepare borrowing base calculation and other lender reporting
• Assist SVP in reporting to lenders and the Board of Directors
• Vendor management and accounts payable
• Prepare accounts receivable aging and reconcile receipts monthly
• Review customer applications for credit as needed
• Prepare presentations for the Board, management, contractors, and other parties as needed
• Assist with other day to day responsibilities as directed by the SVP of Accounting and Finance
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree (in a business-related field preferred),
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Big 4 accounting, FP&A, investment banking or consulting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills required
• Ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment
