A top-tier, nationally respected firm seeks a seasoned Trusts & Estates Attorney with significant experience in estate planning, probate, tax, and fiduciary matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complex estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and property agreements

• Structure and form private foundations, FLPs, and LLCs to achieve client goals

• Advise on generational wealth transfer strategies and business succession plans

• Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in legal document interpretation and dispute resolution

• Provide counsel on probate administration and post-mortem trust matters

• Prepare estate and gift tax returns and develop tax-efficient strategies for clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 14 years of estate planning experience with increasing responsibility

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing

• Advanced knowledge of federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax law

• Demonstrated leadership in team-oriented environments

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and client advisory skills
