Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time or part-time Social Worker is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Dearborn, MI. This contracted position is for the current school year and requires a licensed professional to provide comprehensive social work services within the educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement interventions and support plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to promote student well-being
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Connect families with community resources and support services
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with district policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker in the state of Michigan
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
• Knowledge of school-based social work practices and community resources
