Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location: Onsite in Southfield, MI

Commitment: ~30 hours/week for 3 months (potential to extend)

Our client seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support an automotive client. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, email marketing, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and deploy marketing automations and email/messaging campaigns.
• Build and manage email templates, automated consumer journeys, and A/B tests.
• Implement advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud features (dynamic content, SMS/MMS, automation, optimization).
• Ensure email compliance (CAN-SPAM, privacy, security).
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize nurture tracks, and document best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email marketing, lead nurturing, automation).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of email design best practices (mobile-first, adaptive design); HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
