Responsibilities include: Welcoming customers with a friendly greeting and assisting with product information. Resolving customer inquiries and issues proactively in a fast-paced retail environment. Meeting customer needs by providing support across multiple shopping channels to enhance their experience. Completing sales transactions efficiently. Assisting with floor replenishment and handling shipments as needed. Communicating current promotions and brand loyalty programs to customers. Minimizing store loss through exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Ideal candidate qualities: A positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Proven customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods; climbing ladders may be required. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
